The following entities have filed Letters of Intent expressing interest to apply to become a Coordinated Care Organization. The letters are required for any entry to be eligible to apply to be a CCO in 2012.
The Letters of Intent are non-binding and do not obligate an entity to become a CCO. The next step for potential Coordinated Care Organizations is to submit the first part of their application by April 30, 2012 and the second part by May 14, 2012. The first CCOs will be approved by the end of June and operating by August.
Letters may be amended or rescinded by the submitting entity. The letters presented here are the most updated version. If an entity rescinds a Letter of Intent, it will be removed from the page.
